First time made an excellent bottom round roast in Convection mode, excellent taste and texture, and fast! Next time I made my very first ever Rotisserie Chicken...be sure to hook up the wings...and OH MY! So tender and juicy, sure beat the grocery stores' versions! By having the holders hook into the bottom tray, just lay the rotisserie spit with chicken attached on top and slide in, tilt to the right to line up in hole, and you're done (rotisserie is angled from front left to right back side, so fits in nicely)! Did I mention everything is very sturdy and VERY quiet with both fan and/or with rotisserie motor? Clean up was easy and fast. Muffins were next...great, then sweet potato fries (coat with oil and chile powder in plastic bag, mix well) no need to turn! We had been looking at ovens to replace my 16 year old GE over-the-counter for months, saw this one in catalog, and naturally checked with Amazon...great price/$$$ off, and free shipping! Thanks guys! Keep it going! 1 very satisfied shopper!
