(More customer reviews)We decided on this toaster for a combination of looks, price and features. We are very happy with it and it is doing a fine job. Toasting is at a reasonable speed and the multiple settings cover from heated to burnt. Bagels are a major item with us and this takes a cut frozen bagel to toast quickly. The brushed steel look is attractive and fits in almost any kitchen. The begel setting will warm the outside and toast the inside of the bagel. You cannot use the bagel & frozen setting together. Darkness of the toast takes getting used to and it is a good idea to mark what you like best as their is no "stop toasting" function. You must turn the setting to lighter to stop toasting.
