(More customer reviews)Once there is a chink in the armor (none-stick coating), rust is soon to follow if you're not paying attention. Best thing would be to not allow oil, spray coating, grease on it in the first place. That way you won't have to work to remove it and the coating would stay intact. I would recommend cutting a circle of parchment paper and cooking with it in place.
