(More customer reviews)Before ordering I called Breville to inquire about the warranty on refurbished products, one year,same as new. The woman I spoke to did say that it would only be covered when purchased from a authorized dealer such as Amazon. The toaster oven arrived in perfect condition, complete with all parts and everything was properly sealed. If the box didn't say factory refurbished , I never would have been able to tell it wasn't new. Before you use the oven the first time you need to do one cooking cycle to burn off any manufacturing residue. I could smell it a bit (normal as per the directions) meaning the the oven was never used. Can't think of any reason to pay over $100 more for a non refurbished one.I will use part of the money I saved to buy the wood cutting board that fits on the top. P.S. I noticed the broiling pan had a small chip on the bottom. I called Breville and they are sending a replacement at no cost. Nice !!!
