The Paderno 11 3/4 inch aluminum pizza baking sheet did everything
that it should. It fits snugly into the Krups convection-toaster oven
and holds the "12 in" better frozen pizzas that I buy. Using the convection
feature, I get pizzas that do as well as they could. Convection ~ sort of
wood-fired. I do make sure to let the pizza dry from the bottom for
a minute or two before serving (on a stove grill). Homemade pizzas do
well too.
